Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. LabaCloud runs in the web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended). Open your shop web address on the counter PC and sign in.

What happens if there is no internet?

The main counter computer keeps working: take drop-offs, payments and releases as usual. Everything syncs when the signal returns. Anyone who has signed in on that computer before can sign in again while offline.

How do my cashiers sign in?

The Owner adds each cashier in Settings with a username and password. Everyone signs in at your shop web address, so every order and payment records who did it.

Can I use it on my cellphone?

Yes. The Owner can follow orders and reports on a phone as a view-only device. Orders and payments are taken on the main counter computer.

Does it print claim stubs?

Yes, on any 80 mm receipt printer: a customer copy, a shop copy and a tag for each bag.

Does LabaCloud issue BIR invoices?

The Simple plan does not issue tax invoices or receipts; each shop handles its own invoicing as advised by its tax adviser.

Is my data safe?

Each shop's records are kept separate on our server, backed up every night, and only people with an account in your shop can sign in.
